I was born on 15th march 1975 in Cochabamba, Bolivia. There I went to school and visited the San Agustín high school. I finally graduated in october 1992.

For my university studies I crossed the atlantic ocean in the october 1993 and came to Graz, Austria, to study Electrical Engineering (Control Systems) at the Graz University of Technology.

Since February 1998 I'm student member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Inc., IEEE and since December 1998 Chairman of the der IEEE Student Branch Graz.

In July 2004 I finished my diploma thesis. The title is: Modelling and Simulation of a water supply system.
